Included are safety tips, how to select the best inflatable and what preparations to make before the big event.
What is the age range of your children?
It is important to choose an inflatable that can accommodate the expected number of children. A standard 11x15ft bounce house can hold 7 children. This would work for a group of 10 children if there is no other entertainment. Consider a party package for larger parties. These packages, available through bouncy castle hire in Auckland, are designed to keep up to 15 children amused at the same time.
What is your space?
To operate safely, each inflatable needs a different amount of space. For example, if the inflatable advertised is 11x15ft then it will need 15x23ft. The blower tube, blower and safety mats are usually 5ft from the inflatable. Our inflatables list the dimensions and space required for each product.
Top Tip: When looking to rent a venue, make sure you check the height of the ceiling.
Are you searching for a specific theme?
You will probably be looking for a bouncy castle that matches your theme if you’re having a party. We have a wide range of bouncy castles, both themed and unthemed.
Which type of inflatable are you interested in?
You can choose from a variety of inflatables including bouncy slides, disco domes and bouncy castle combos. Choose inflatables that are appropriate for the age range at your party. Soft play is an excellent alternative to a bounce house for toddlers.
Choose the right supplier
You can choose from a variety of bouncy castle suppliers. You can choose a reputable business by looking at their Facebook or Google pages, and reading the reviews. We have well-established inflatable hire company with a 100% record. We have never disappointed any of our clients. We’ve received many calls over the years from people who were disappointed that another inflatable company had not arrived for their event and asked if we could deliver asap. Booking the right supplier is important when planning a party.
Remember! Remember that cheap is not always the best. In most cases, you get what your pay for.
Picking the right inflatable
Look at the website of your chosen supplier to see if there is anything that you like. Don’t forget to check out their packages, themes, and party extras pages as this is where you will find the best deals!
Tip of the Day!! Look for specials on their social media pages.
Check for insurance documents and test certificates
This British Standard, EN14960, regulates the inflatable rental industry. These tests are usually in the form RPII or PIPA. Like a car’s MOT, inflatables must be tested for their suitability. You should insist that the company that you choose have public liability insurance. This will ensure that their staff is insured to correctly set up inflatables and safety according to the British Standard, and that you are covered if an accident occurs due incorrect installation or defective equipment.
Book your inflatable
You can book your inflatable after you have selected the best company and bouncy castle for your event. You can book online with most professional companies, but you can also call and make a booking over the telephone.
Prepare for the big event!
Please ensure that there is an easy access path for your inflatable on the day. Most inflatables are heavy, and they will be transported using a sack-truck which needs a minimum of 2.5ft in width. When booking, you should inform your supplier of any narrow doorways, gates, or stairs. Make sure the area where the inflatable will be placed is free of overgrowth, animal waste and rubbish. Make sure that the power source for the inflatable can be easily reached.
Enjoy your day!
Let the fun begin now that your inflatable is delivered! To ensure safety, an adult should supervise the inflatable while it is in use.
