Thrifty Chic Book Giveaway

0

Hello, hello, hi, hello and happy Tuesday to you all. Recently the folk over at The Handpicked Collection sent me a copy of Thrifty Chic: Interior Style on a Shoestring by Liz Bauwens and Alexandra Campbell to have a flick through and I’m not sure if I should thank them or bill them for the amount of time I have spent drooling over gorgeous photography (by Simon Brown) of insanely beautiful homes. I devour books and magazines about home styling even more so than fashion magazines, I’m never going to look fat in a cushion, happily Thrifty Chic is one of the best I’ve read so far.

Split into different sections of the home and even featuring a natty little tutorial section at the back Thrifty Chic guides you through the possibilities for decorating and styling your home with items you already have at your disposal or common thrift finds or recyclables.

The homes featured all look cosy, homely and very much achievable without too much back breaking effort. I’m a fan of anyone who can make something look beautiful using the items they already have, thrifty, chic and environmental responsible. Win, win.

To win your very own copy of Thrifty Chic: Interior on a Shoestring, either to obsessively paw like me or as a great Christmas present for someone else, just enter my easy, peasy giveaway.

To enter you must:
Hop on over to The Handpicked Collection and tell me which item is your favourite. Please leave a method of contact with your entry, be it your email address, blog link or twitter profile – entries without this will not be counted.

For an extra (but by no means obligatory entry) you may tweet the following:
“I’m in with a chance to win @athriftymrsuk and @HandpickedC’s Thrifty Chic book giveaway, are you?
Please leave an additional comment, including your Twitter name, to let me know you’ve done this.

This giveaway will close . A winner will be drawn with aid of random.org and revealed on this blog shortly afterward. I will contact the winner but if I am unable to do so or the winner does not make contact within two weeks I reserve the right to draw another name.

TTFN,

P.S. Good luck!

P.P.S The folk at The Handpicked Collection have also asked me to let you know that you can win a £1000 voucher over on their Facebook page at the moment.
