Fancy grabbing a free swim lessons this summer? When an email from Nectar popped up in my inbox alerting me to free swims I just had to share in the hope some of you out there might save some money. We buy our petrol from Sainsbury’s, so we often have a lot of Nectar points sitting on our card waiting to be used and I know a lot of people who are in a similar situation. There are 400 swimming pools across the country are allowing Nectar cardholders to swap Nectar points for swimming sessions meaning you can take your family out for some fun on a budget. A starts from 300 points for children and 500 points for adults and family swims start from 1,500 points. Apparently paying for your swim in points rather than cash works out at 40% cheaper which is a pretty good deal in my book. So if you’re feeling the pinch one week this summer why not use your points rather than cash?
All you have to do is and log-in using your Nectar card number and you’ll have your voucher emailed to you within 48 hours. Take the voucher and your Nectar card to the pool, along with your swimwear and towel and away you go. Read all of the terms and details I know some people are a bit funny about points cards and the like but I think if you have one and it has points on it, you might as well use if for something you enjoy. Also I’d be interested in hearing if you’d like me to share more of these types of deals and discount posts. I hope they’re useful to you. P.S. I hope you find that useful and I hope your local council isn’t trying to close down swimming pools left, right and centre like Manchester City Council.
