With my head firmly turned toward finding a house to buy and eventually decorating said house, I’ve found myself absorbed by the idea of wallpaper and other forms of decoration. I’ve never really had cause to buy wallpaper for actual walls before, however I have picked up a few rolls over the years to line drawers, wrap gifts and all manner of other crafty pursuits. Most of these rolls of wallpaper have come from charity shops, the £1.50 bin in my local Laura Ashley and eBay and have been all used up over the years (seriously, cheap wallpaper makes great cheap gift wrap) so I’m on the hunt for thrifty and yet beautiful wallpaper.
Here are some of my favourite finds, all under £11 a roll.

I’ve also managed to score some great wallpaper finds on Gumtree, Freecycle and at bootsales over the year but of course you aren’t always guaranteed to find something to your taste, if at all.
