Whilst stocking up on some essentials I spotted Boots (I shopped around and noticed a few things were cheaper than the pound shop across the road – bargain) are running their £5 No7 vouchers again. It’s pretty simple, you spend £5 or more in Boots and you get a £5 voucher to spend on the No7 range. These vouchers crop up every few months in Boots, so if you want to use that as a cue stock up on essentials like cotton wool, shower gel, shampoo, soap etc. you can get yourself a nice little voucher back. Rather bizarrely many people just discard these with their receipts when they could save themselves a tidy sum on something nice or even buy a Christmas present or two to stash away.
Now obviously if you don’t like this range then it really is as simple as…umm…not buying it (so be gone with your moaning) but for the rest of us who do like it, hurrah! My friend Louise from Sprinkle of Glitter has mentioned this a number of times in her youtube videos but I think it is worth repeating – if you’re doing a big shop, break it up into smaller amounts once at the till. That way you’ll get more vouchers. The girl is a genius.
Great No7 savingsBeautiful Skin Facewipes are taken from £7 to £2 – I really like these wipes, they seem to get off eye makeup and yet don’t strip my face to bits or drag my skin. Perfect for getting off face gunk when I’m away for the weekend or just too drunk upon my return from the pub to manage cleansing at the sink.
Stay Perfect nail polish also goes from £7 down to £2. They don’t have a huge selection of colours but what they do have goes on well and lasts for a fair amount of time. I’m not sure I’d stump up £7 for them but at £2 they’re just nice enough. Devil’s Delight has fast become one my favourite shades of red.
My favourite gel eyeliner brush is a MAC one which my cousin gave me for Christmas but the No7 Eyeliner Brush gets knocked down from £7.25 to £2.25 with the voucher and they work well enough for the job when my favourite brush is on holiday to the brush laundry.Their hot cloth cleansers, either Beautiful Skin Hot Cloth Cleanser or Radiance Boosting Hot Cloth Cleanser drop 50% in price down from £10 to £5. A real rival for Liz Earle’s fabulous Cleanse and Polish, these No7 cleansers makes my skin happy and I always stock up when I have a voucher. This time round the vouchers expire on 17th June 2012, so if you’ve been into Boots recently check your purse because you may have a voucher to make use of.Oh and the things which were cheaper than the pound shop? Shower gel! It was a 2 for 1 offer meaning it cost £1.39 for 2 but it was £1 for just one bottle in the pound shop. Whilst pound shops are great, it is always well worth considering that there may be better deals out there.Do you take advantage of No7 vouchers? What do you stock up on? What is their skincare like? Will it help my 200-days-off-30-face?
