Monday -- Got a chap, partner or child in your life? Get them to organise their underwear drawer or at least throw out anything too disgusting looking. You're not to do it now, you hear? Here's my post about organising underwear should they get lost.
Tuesday -- Got a dead pot plant? Chuck it out - compost it if possible.
Wednesday -- Keep your eyes peeled for a tip about getting really dirty pots and pans sparkling clean.
Thursday -- Open those bank statements which have been sitting in your hallway collecting dust for 8 months. Do it.
Friday -- Remove everything from the front of your fridge and give it a damn good clean.
Saturday -- Disinfect your kitchen bin.
Sunday -- Have the day off.
Do of course let me know if you'll be joining in this week. Keep updated and ask for advice on Twitter using the hashtag #DHWP and you can find me here @athriftymrsuk.

Here's my take on life speeding up as you get older. When you are 10 years old then one year is 0.1 or 10% of your lifetime, should you live to be 100 years old then it would be only 0.01 or 1% of your lifetime so each year seems shorter.
ReplyDeleteIf I've got the sums right, for all the 25 year olds out there 1 year is 0.04 or 4% of your life experience: I'm currently running running at 0.17 or 17% so you can see that I'm cracking on a bit!
How did you know about the bank statements?!
ReplyDeletehaha That is exactly what I was going to say! I thought it was just me who does that.
DeleteHahaha great organisation skills! ;) I don't know about throwing out pants, but my boyfriend could definitely do with a wider range.
